For Clinicians: Aline provides digital treatment planning and manufacturing services for clear aligners. By submitting a case, you certify that you are a licensed dental professional (Dentist or Orthodontist) authorized to practice in your jurisdiction.
Clinical Responsibility: Aline acts solely as a manufacturer and technical service provider. The final clinical responsibility for diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care remains entirely with the treating doctor.
No Medical Advice: The information on this website and the 3D treatment setups provided by our technicians are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.

2. Account Security

If you create an account on our website or portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and the “Aline” brand, is the property of Aline Clear Aligner System.
3D Setups: The digital treatment plans and 3D simulations generated by Aline are proprietary. They are provided for the sole purpose of treating the specific patient for whom they were created.

4. User Obligations & Patient Compliance

Accurate Data: Doctors must provide accurate STL scans/impressions and patient records. Aline is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or low-quality data provided to us.
Patient Compliance: The success of the treatment is dependent on patient compliance (e.g., wearing aligners for 22+ hours a day). Aline is not liable for treatment failure due to poor compliance or biological factors beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aline Clear Aligner System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to clinical complications or loss of profits) arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
