Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Aline Corporation, we strive to ensure that your custom-manufactured aligners reach you in a timely and secure manner. Since our products are precision-manufactured based on individual prescriptions, our shipping timelines include both production and transit time.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Plan Approval: The shipping clock begins only after the treating doctor has reviewed and officially approved the 3D Treatment Simulation.

  • Manufacturing Lead Time: Standard production (3D printing, thermoforming, and finishing) typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • Quality Check: Every kit undergoes a rigorous quality audit before being dispatched to ensure the best fit for the patient.

2. Shipping Destinations & Hubs

We ship domestically and internationally from our primary manufacturing hubs:

  • India Operations: Dispatched from our Kanpur unit. We provide direct shipping to clinics in Pune and across India.

  • UAE Operations: Dispatched from our Dubai unit for local clinics and regional partners.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once the product is dispatched from our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Local (Kanpur/Dubai): 1–2 business days.

  • Major Cities (e.g., Pune, Mumbai, Delhi): 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India/International: 5–7 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping fees may apply based on the treatment package selected or the delivery location.

  • Promotional Offers: Certain comprehensive cases or bulk orders may qualify for free shipping. Any applicable charges will be displayed at the time of invoicing.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and the name of the courier partner will be shared with the registered clinic/doctor via email or WhatsApp. You can track the status of your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If the packaging appears significantly damaged upon arrival, please take a photo before opening and notify us within 48 hours. We will expedite a replacement if the contents are compromised.

  • Missing Items: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact our support team immediately.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make three attempts to deliver the package. If the clinic is closed or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to our facility. Re-shipping in such cases may incur additional shipping charges.
