Because our aligners are custom-made medical devices manufactured specifically for an individual patient based on a doctor\u2019s prescription, our policy is governed by the following terms:<\/p>\n1. Nature of Custom Products<\/b><\/h3>\n
All Aline clear aligners are custom-manufactured using 3D scanning and planning technology. Once a treatment plan is approved by the doctor and the manufacturing process begins, the product cannot be reused, resold, or returned for a refund due to change of mind or clinical changes outside of our control.<\/p>\n
Before Manufacturing:<\/b> Orders can be cancelled only before the final treatment plan (3D setup) is approved by the doctor. If a cancellation is requested at this stage, a refund may be issued minus a “Planning Fee” to cover the cost of the digital setup and technician time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n After Manufacturing Begins:<\/b> Once the aligners have entered the production phase, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if a product is found to be defective:<\/p>\n Reporting:<\/b> Any manufacturing defect or shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours<\/b> of receipt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Resolution:<\/b> If a defect is verified (e.g., a cracked aligner or incorrect fit due to manufacturing error), we will manufacture and ship a replacement for that specific stage at no additional cost.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Evidence:<\/b> We may require photos or the return of the defective aligner for quality audit purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Orthodontic movement can sometimes vary from the digital prediction.<\/p>\n If a patient\u2019s teeth do not track as expected, “Refinement” aligners may be required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The eligibility for free or discounted refinement aligners depends on the specific treatment package purchased (e.g., Lite vs. Comprehensive).
